Experiencing first hand the power of healing naturally, when no amount of medical tests could help, I have spent the last decade researching, studying and practicing naturopathic health to develop a company designed to help others revive their health and get back to living.

Graduating from the University of Nottingham, my professional work began in pharmaceutical companies with hope to make a difference in the world of healthcare. Soon realising that most pills only offer a band-aid approach, failing to treat the root cause, I moved into orthopaedic trauma surgery support. Here I became specialised in the equipment, anatomy and techniques to assist in operating theatres across a number of hospitals on the East coast of Australia. Orthopaedic trauma support required the dedication of working 24/7 on-call to assist surgeons with complex trauma cases whilst educating surgical trainees and theatre staff.

Over the last 15 years, Sophie worked in various surgical specialties being involved with the most advanced approaches to reconstructing the human body post injury, tumour resection and correcting deformities.

In sports medicine, cases ranged from ACL reconstructions and meniscal transplants to osteochondral grafting.

In craniomaxillofacial surgery this covered all sub-specialties from head and neck cancer reconstruction, deformity correction, trauma, paediatric distraction and orthognathic surgery.

Most recently, and still part of Sophie’s work, is in peripheral nerve surgery. Sophie runs a global surgical education consultancy working with surgeons and surgeon faculty groups to share their knowledge and improve patient outcomes.

Graduating from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with at Diploma in Health Coaching, completing Iridology and fasting certification with Tyler Tolman and studying at the International School of Detoxification and Regeneration with Dr. Robert Morse, Sophie takes a keen interest in sharing her knowledge, experience and passion to help others on their healing journey.
